Delete a Veyrova device
You can delete a device without reinstalling the app. Open the device manager, enter the device ID and private key, then select Delete this device and its playlists.
Deletion removes the live device registration and sources, revokes access and invalidates its credentials. Remaining transaction records are detached from the device ID and handled under the retention policy. A new registration creates a different player ID; deletion does not refund a purchase.
A keyed pseudonymous trial fingerprint and trial dates remain after deletion to limit repeat free trials; their retention has no configured expiry.
Lost your key? Contact support@veyrovaplayer.com with a request for device-data deletion. Support will need to verify ownership before deleting records. Do not post credentials publicly.
