Your device and sources
We store an app-generated device ID, device name, access status and protected authentication credentials to connect your player. This ID is separate from the hardware network MAC address. Playlist links and provider logins are encrypted on the server and supplied to your authorized player for playback.
Playback and artwork
Your device connects directly to your chosen media provider and artwork hosts. They receive your IP address and the information required to deliver the requested media. Their own privacy practices apply. Sources using HTTP can expose credentials and media requests in transit; the player requires your explicit permission to use them.
On your device
The player saves pairing credentials and preferences in private app storage, caches artwork and keeps favorites. Android backup is disabled. No advertising or analytics SDK is currently included.
Retention and deletion
Device records and sources remain until deleted. Delete them from the device manager or the app. Deletion revokes player access, removes the live device record and saved source credentials, and detaches retained transaction records from the device identifier. It does not cancel a third-party content subscription or automatically issue a refund.
To limit repeat free trials, a keyed pseudonymous fingerprint derived from an app-scoped device identifier and the trial dates remain after device deletion. The fingerprint is retained without a configured expiry. The identifier may change on reset or between profiles; it does not prove physical device identity. Contact support about applicable privacy rights.
Financial records may need retention for accounting or dispute handling. The financial retention period has not yet been configured; payment processing is currently unavailable. Backups may contain older copies of data. If a backup is restored, later deletion requests must be reapplied before service resumes.
Your choices
You can remove individual sources, sign out of this browser tab or delete the device. If you have lost your device key, contact support for an identity-verified request. For access, correction or other applicable privacy rights, contact support@veyrovaplayer.com.
